Pomfret Grill

Ingredients:

1. 1 whole Pomfret Fish
2. 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
3. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
4. ½ table spoon red chilly powder
5. 1 table spoon lemon juice
6. 1 table spoon refined oil
7. ½ table spoon cumin powder( zeera powder)
8. ½ tea spoon garam masala powder
9. Salt to taste
10. sliced onions and chopped mint leaves for garnishing




Method:  
1.Clean the Pomfret nicely then give 3 horizontal deep cuts with a sharp knife.
2.Now mix the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt.
3.Apply the prepared masala evenly on the whole Pomfret ( fill all the deep cuts with the masala)
4.Now let the fish marinate for at least one hour.
5.Set the oven for Microwave and cook the fish for 4 minute.
6.Now take it out from the microwave bowl.
7.Sprinkle some oil, a little bit of chilly powder and a pinch of salt on both sides of the fish and put it on grill for about 6 minutes.
8.You can now take the fish out on a serving plate. Sprinkle few drops of lemon juice and garnish with mint leaves and sliced onions.
9.Yummy Hot Fish grill is ready to serve.

NOTE: Those who don’t have oven they can fry the marinated whole pomfret in a tawa
